Step inside PING-BOT and explore six connected spaces, meet students and staff, and help them get back to what matters. Listen to their stories, investigate real symptoms, and practise networking and system administration in a safe simulated campus.
Make someone’s day: restore a connection, rescue a print job, unlock an account, recover disk space, or restore access to a project. Ask questions, find evidence, and let the customer confirm the fix. There is time to learn—no countdown.
